Pecan Wood Chunks Review
The pecan wood chunks I received from the retailer arrived in a prompt, timely fashion. The pieces are of good quality and mostly uniform with only a very few small pieces. The shipment will arrive in good order packaged for secure shipment and the chunks are in a nice burlap bag rather than a simple plastic one.
The only issue I observed is some slight mold though is a minor issue, there is also some bark. Good quality wood to suite the needs of most barbecuing and smoking. The price is reasonable for this type of offering. Seasoning is adequate. Be sure to basket them in a cooler, low humidity area out of the sun and these should work well for you.
Would recommend this retailer and product based upon my experiences thus far.
